How long does it take to deliver?
We will prepare and package your order in approximately 1-3 business days. The average delivery time within the UK is 4-8 business days.
My parcel hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?
Orders are usually delivered within the estimated delivery time. However, delays may occur during holiday periods or high demand. Please wait 3 days after the maximum delivery time and then email us at info@cedarandleafs.com.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately at info@cedarandleafs.com. Please take a picture of the damage and attach it to your email. Please do not return the item without sending us photos first, as this will help us find the best solution for you.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once your returned package reaches us, we will refund your money using the original payment method within 14 days.
